Artaria accepts orders from all countries. Prices displayed on the website are shown in US dollars. Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price for all physical products. You will be able to review the shipping rates (airmail) after entering your shipping address. Shipping rates for physical products are shown in the chart below. There are no delivery charges for PDF downloads.

We attempt to process your order within 48 hours upon receipt. We only ship orders during office hours on Monday to Friday (GMT+8:00), and do not delivery during weekend.
Please note that our publications are print-on-demand, and we only keep a limited amount of stocks. Therefore, estimated delivery date will vary depending on availability. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation from us. It usually takes 1-3 weeks for in stock items to be delivered, and may take up to 6-8 weeks for out of stock items. If you wish to select courier service (FedEx) or other shipping method please contact us before placing the order.
Our digital scores and parts are formatted in PDF. You will need to check the Licensing Agreement box before proceeding to checkout. Digital material (scores and parts) are sold at 75% of the printed material. There is no delivery charge for digital products. Please note EU VAT is not included in the price.
You will receive an order confirmation an email with a link to download the files shortly after your order. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive within an hour.
Please contact us before returning any Artaria scores, parts and recordings. All items returned must be new, unmarked condition, and can only be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will offer you a store credit or refund for the purchase price of the item. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Digital Products are non-refundable.
Refunds will be applied through PayPal only after approval has been granted and item has been received.
