Digital Downloads: All digital products and instant downloads are non-refundable. By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that because the file is delivered instantly, the standard 14-day withdrawal period does not apply once the downloading process has started. If your return is due to our mistake (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item), we will evaluate your order on a case-by-case basis to determine your eligibility for a refund.

Hardcopy Purchases: If you need to return a physical order, please reach out to our customer support with your order number and details about the product you would like to return before initiating the return process. All items returned must be new, unmarked and resalable condition, and can only be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will offer you a store credit or a refund for the purchase price of the item. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refund Processing: Refunds will only be issued after your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via PayPal or Stripe only. You may also opt for store credit if preferred.
